HEAD OF Marketing

Job description

As Head of Marketing your job is to shape the brand DSPOT and create awareness that will attract visitors to the career fair. Your responsibilities are to set up a marketing plan and strategy for recruitment, events, the career fair and the banquet. You will also be responsible of all marketing and PR channels.

Qualifications and skills

To succeed in the role as Head of Marketing, you should be a creative individual with great passion for branding. We expect you to be good in planning and execution. You are also good at working on several marketing campaigns in parallel without any limitations.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Create and execute marketing plans & strategies
  • Create and maintain social media account
  • Create brand awareness through different media channels

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Strong understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (not essential)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience of working with marketing
  • Work independently and as a team member
  • Willingness of travel

HEAD OF EVENTS

Job description

As Head of Events your responsibility is to organize and coordinate all activities and events that take place before, during and after the career fair. You will execute events that will attract visitors and exhibiting companies to the fair. During the career fair, you will focus on executing high quality matching events for our partners and visitors. You will also be responsible for organizing the banquet and a Thank You Party for our volunteers after the career fair.

Qualifications and skills

To be successful in the role as Head of Events you are expected to have great planning and cooperation capabilities. You will work closely with the project group and build your own event team. Coordination with the Head of Marketing is necessary to guarantee a successful marketing of the events.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Create and execute event plans
  • Organizing events in conjunction with the fair
  • Create program for the career fair and the banquet
  • Book speakers for fair
  • Book bands for the banquet
  • Build and lead a event team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Work independently and as a team member
  • Experience of organizing career fairs or similar
  • Willingness of travel

UI Developer

Job description

As UI developer at DSPOT you will be working for Head of Graphics. Your job consists of producing design document for digital projects including: icons, mock-ups, creating app or web assets and style guides.

Qualifications and skills

To be successful in the role, you are a bold visionary with a good eye for details. You have a great sense of balance between the visual aesthetics and the functionality of the feature/product. Most of all, you are team player wishing to learn.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Produce design documents
  • Create interactive prototypes, animations, images, presentations
  • Designing marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Mastered softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or similar.
  • Previous mobile app or website experience.
  • Competence in layout, color theory and typography.
  • Basic development skills in HTLM, jQuiry and CSS format
  • Work independently and as a team member
  • Fluent in English
